Grace Dent is a witty, exciting and honest voice in the world of teenage fiction. Technically she's still grounded for dyeing her mother's best saucepan purple with Dylon while customizing denim hot pants in 1990, but she also works as a journalist for The Guardian as well Radio Times for whom she recently wrote the phenomenally popular Big Brother blog. Her funny and realistic Diary of a Chav novels have made her hugely popular and introduced the world to her larger-than-life heroine Shiraz Bailey Wood.
