She is an extremely good author. She captures the life of a teenage girl perfectly. Her books are full of laughs and it makes you feel like you are actually in the story. Every other line of the book makes me laugh so much because it sounds like something that would happen or has happened to me or one of my friends before. Extremely cleverly written. Have read them so many times! Love her so much!!! Her books are truly inspirational. She was the reason I started writing stories of my own. She understands the horrors of being a teenager. I wish my books were as good as hers!

These books have me in fits of laughter and always leave me wanting more, the love triangle/circle makes me curious as to who she loves (JACK!). I love the way the books connect to teenagers and how we all think our lives are worse than everyone else's (teenage drama queens). I like how the book is based on a lot of different characters and has Goths, emos and chavs even though they are labels that’s what other people label them and I also love how good a writer Joanna is to be able to write as if she is living it right now!

Firstly I adore Joanna Nadin’s Rachel Riley books the most from all that she has written and she so deserves this prize because these books have changed my life; seriously. I began reading it in my room or in a café alone wondering when my life would begin and by the end I was holding Rachel Riley sleepovers for all my friends. This book has given me things to relate to like how insanely boring and lonely my life is and that I need change. Also these books have always been there for me when I needed them most kind of like a best friend and I feel only a few writers have the ability to do this and Joanna is one of them. Joanna Nadin has saved my life with My So Called Life and The Life Of Riley and I can’t wait for The Meaning Of Life. Finally I would like to add that in my eyes only Joanna Nadin could win Queen Of Teen and that all her books have represented my evolution and blooming from a bookworm to a fun, real and happy person.

I think Joanna Nadin should be Queen of Teen because her books are so catching and when you get to the really good parts and Rachel Riley is getting in trouble or is doing something that could go horribly wrong, you just cannot put the book down. I love the story line about her and Jack (Scarlet, her best friend’s, brother). Just when she realises she doesn’t like Justin anymore he realises that he likes her. It’s a great read that any girl can relate to, especially if they want too make their lives more glamorous and exciting! I recommend this book to every one and anyone!!!!!

Reading her books feels like I am reading about my own life. I love the books, and they just seem to get better and better. Thank you for writing them, I really feel that I have found someone that I can connect with. Her books are for the Napoleon Dynamite girls of the modern world, and I am so pleased she wrote them.
