
Samantha worked in publishing for fifteen years.
She first began working for Penguin in South Africa and then moved to Puffin books in London.
When a friend mentioned that Egmont were looking for new authors to write books for young girls, Samantha started writing straight away.
Her first novel Kisses for Lulu was published this year and another is on the way in 2011.
She was born in Zambia, grew up in South Africa and now lives in England with her husband, two small children and six ailing tropical fish.
