- Star Wars changed Meg's life when she was 11 years old! She says her greatest influence was the film's director, George Lucas, because when she first saw Star Wars, she realized that you can actually make money from making stuff up

- Her favourite food is plain cheese pizza
- Meg writes all her books in bed and says that the best thing about being a writer is that she can wear her pyjamas to work
